Shipping, Warranty, and Returns Policy

The company provides free shipping throughout the country when purchasing on the company's website only.

Estimated delivery time: 7 business days

Niflaot HaMelach Company offers a 30-day trial period when purchasing a therapeutic salt lamp on the website only.

The trial period begins on the day you receive the lamp at your home.

Install the product according to the company's written instructions and video
Send a picture of the lamp placed next to the bed according to the instructions
Report weekly to the company via WhatsApp only about your progress
Based on the report, we will know how to respond as needed
The trial period is only for the size of the lamp that was tailored to the customer during the conversation or through the company's WhatsApp

The return of the product will only be allowed if it is proven that the lamp did not demonstrate therapeutic effectiveness.

You must contact the company at the email address ybsltd1999@gmail.com and state that you wish to return the lamp and the reason for the return
After receiving the request, we will check if you have cooperated according to the instructions and the lamp did not demonstrate therapeutic effectiveness
We will coordinate with you the time for the lamp pickup
The pickup will only be from the address where the lamp was delivered. Changing the address is subject to the company's approval and incurs an additional fee
After the lamp is picked up, the product will be checked upon its arrival at the company's factory
Refunds will only be possible after the product has been checked and its condition confirmed by the company

The product return and refund process may take 3-5 weeks.

The company's products are sent to you after being checked and found to be in good condition.

If the product is defective:

You must notify the company at the email address ybsltd1999@gmail.com immediately upon noticing the issue
You must describe the issue and attach a photo/video in which the issue can be seen

Please note:

The warranty does not cover breakage or mechanical damage
The warranty is valid at the company's factory in Kibbutz Brak'ai
The cost of shipping to the factory and back to the customer is not included in the warranty
