To ensure that the lamp produces maximum therapeutic efficiency, we recommend taking the salt block you received (and only the salt), to the shower – and spray it with cold water from the outside for about 10 seconds to ensure that the salt block absorbs the necessary moisture for proper operation.

For Adults:

After about an hour, place the salt on the base.

Place the lamp on a stable nightstand next to the bed at approximately mattress height.

The correct distance of the lamp from the head is thirty to fifty cm.

Do not place the lamp on the floor or on a high shelf!

For Infants:

After about an hour, place the salt on the base.

It is important to ensure that the lamp is positioned in the area of the baby's head where there is air circulation.

The lamp should be in a straight line next to the child with no barrier between the head and the lamp (for example, the head protector should be moved).

Connect the lamp to electricity and operate it for about an hour/half an hour before sleep until morning, and not more than 8 hours of continuous operation, as the salt block may lose the necessary moisture for proper functioning and therapeutic efficiency will be compromised – do not operate the lamp for more than 8-9 hours a day.

The temperature of the salt block reaches about 30 degrees Celsius depending on the room temperature; there is no danger for children touching the salt block.

Do not place a radiator or heat diffuser near the salt lamp.

Life with the lamp is normal; there is no need to close windows or doors, and you can live as usual.

Using air conditioning for cooling or heating is also not a problem.
